1. You must have a site. no up & coming sites.
2. Please put up a code before you submit your site, it must be on the main or splash page. If I dont find it then i will delete your submission.
3. Please no TyPiNg LiKe ThIs, it hurts my eye and it's annoying.
4. No Porn or racist sites. and NO bashing!
5. Please sign the guestbook
6. finally, if you have a site that manages to get such a bad review that you send me hate mail, i dont accept that. this is critism that you need to think about and reviewers are like critics they find whats bad and whats good.

thats it! these rules shouldnt be so hard to follow.
